The National Technical Honor Society held a ceremony Wednesday, March 11 at BHS and inducted six members.
Olivia Patrie was the only senior to be inducted, along with juniors Madeline Cannon, Kaitlyn Glenn, Rebecca Harris, Helms Hogsed and Tyler Studt.
The NTHS’s purpose is to honor student excellence in Career and Technical Education fields, promote workforce education and provide scholarships. Members receive a certificate, pin and ID card and are eligible for over $300,000 in annual scholarships.
To be eligible, inductees must be taking a CTE pathway and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. NTHS is considered the premier honor society for workforce education, fostering the “Core Four” objectives: career development, leadership, service and recognition.
Congratulations to our six inductees!
